The Greater Lynfrae Civic Association is affiliated to the Har-Lyn Neighbourhood Watch which operates in the suburbs of Harfield and Greater Lynfrae (Claremont) in Cape Town.
Har-Lyn Neighbourhood Watch is a partnership which involves the South African Police Service (SAPS), the Community Policing Forum (CPF), Resident’s Associations, Security Service Providers and, above all, Individuals and Families who want to make our neighbourhood a safer place to live.
Har-Lyn Neighbourhood Watch is a non-profit organisation and relies on voluntary participation of all neighbours who live in the area, whether you are a home or flat owner, tenant, retiree, work from home, housewife/man or even a dog walker.
We ask that all GLCA members support Har-Lyn by signing up as a member and then joining their Facebook group. There is no cost to join and no obligation to patrol although patrollers are always welcome!
