Why be a member of the GLCA?
There are numerous reasons to become a member of the GLCA, but they all come down to one element – an Interest in Your Community. This interest could include security, the natural environment, the built environment, the socio-economic environment, traffic, etc. Furthermore this interest could encompass a number of different actions – ranging from support for initiatives, through community activism (generating support, lobbying local and central government) to leadership (defining and running specific community based initiatives).
Membership Form
Membership is an annual membership and runs from 1 January to 31 December and must be renewed annually. The membership fee of R120 for 2025 covers a maximum of TWO members residing at the same address. Each member is entitled to vote on any resolution and to vote for candidates for election to the Executive Committee.
Our committee is made up of unpaid volunteers who are residents in the Greater Lynfrae are and who rely on your annual membership to effect your interests in the area. All our undertakings have one key goal – for the “Greater Good for OUR Neighbourhood”.

Payment information can be found at the bottom of the page. Please check that you reside within greater Lynfrae before completing the form (area highlighted in green).
